We would like to invite you to the upcoming DBAV Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for 12 March 2025, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The meeting will be held at the following locations:

• Hanoi: BIDV Headquarter, Level 5, Vincom Ba Trieu, 191 Ba Trieu, Hai Ba Trung District
• HCMC: HEINEKEN Vietnam, Level 20, Vietcombank Tower, No.5, Me Linh Square, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1
• Online via Webex, the link is to be shared before the event

This important meeting will provide an opportunity to review DBAV's activities for 2024 and discuss the business plan for 2025, followed by networking opportunities. We encourage you to attend and participate in voting.Please fill out and send us your proxy form if you cannot join the AGM, more instructions are below.

Voting Eligibility:

• All DBAV members are welcome to attend the AGM at no charge.
• Only primary members of our ordinary company members are eligible to vote.
• If you are unsure whether your business is an ordinary or associate member, or if you are the primary representative, please refer to our member clarifications here or contact Ms. Tam Nguyen at tam.nguyen@dbav.org.vn for clarification.

Proxy Voting: If you are unable to attend, you can still vote by proxy. Please follow these steps:

1. Download, fill out, and sign the Proxy Form.
2. Transfer your voting rights to a colleague from your company who will attend, or to another ordinary member of DBAV.
3. Return the completed form to tam.nguyen@dbav.org.vn by 4 March 2024.
4. Alternatively, if you need assistance with the form, contact us to request DBAV to assign and complete the form on your behalf.
