The Ready to Export program is a three-year initiative that aims to assist selected Vietnamese SMEs in their international growth. This intensive program is free of charge and takes 8 months to complete. The program consists of 3 pillars: Training, Mentoring, and Networking. As we enter the 2nd year of the program, we are looking for mentor volunteers who:

• Are entrepreneurs/executives with an interest in Vietnam
• Want to help Vietnamese SMEs start trading with The Netherlands/EU markets
• Are interested in coaching high-potential SMEs from their sector voluntarily for 2 hours per month for a duration of 8 months.

As a mentor, you will play a crucial role in the success of the program and the growth of Vietnamese SMEs. We believe that your expertise and experience will provide valuable guidance and support to the SMEs that participate in the program.
